Our Staff
Dan Polimino, President
As president, co-founder, and board member of Agape Ranch, Dan's primary responsibility is the administration and daily operations of the Ranch. Additional duties include fundraising, staff training, and organizing seminars. Dan will be involved in every aspect of the Ranch, from the screening process for participants to leading Bible studies.

Jennifer Polimino, Vice President
As vice president and co-founder of Agape Ranch, Jennifer's primary responsibility is acting as the Ranch's program director. Jennifer will supervise the staff including hiring, training, and scheduling. She will teach seminars as well as coordinate all program activities. Jennifer is also responsible for the caring ministries of Agape Ranch.

Ranch Manager
The ranch manager will direct facility operations, including the handling and care of animals, ordering supplies, managing volunteers, and general upkeep and care of the Ranch. He or she will also be responsible for maintaining the organic fruits and vegetables program.

Chef
The chef's primary responsibility will be daily cooking for Ranch visitors and employees. As a trained medical nutritionist, the chef will work with a registered dietician to plan and cook meals specifically created for cancer patients visiting the Ranch. Responsibilities will also include cooking seminars, meal plans, and demonstrations on how to cook specific diets.

Registered Nurse, Cancer Specialist
Patients visiting the Ranch will have access to an on-call or part-time nurse with experience in oncology and counseling. He or she will be available to assist with any medical difficulties or in case of emergency.

Physician/Oncologist
A cancer medical specialist will also be on-call or available part-time.

Guest Speakers
The Ranch will host guest speakers to provide educational seminars for visitors. Experts will include doctors, nurses, physiologists, authors, and cancer researchers.
Volunteers
Agape Ranch will partner with various organizations like Youth with a Mission (YWAM) to provide volunteer support. The Christian teens will assist with everything from animal care and feeding to organizing activities and worship services. An internship program will be established at the Ranch for teens to earn academic credit and gain valuable life experience.
